Osbourne Sues Iommi
Lawyers for Ozzy Osbourne have filed suit with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office against Osbourne’s former bandmate, Tony Iommi, alleging that Iommi illicitly attempted to take sole control of the band’s name.
